About Us

The Chambre immobilière des Laurentides is a non-profit organization representing over 550 real estate brokers in the Laurentians.

It is the 3rd largest real estate board in Québec. Your board offers a wide range of services. We’re here to listen to your needs, particularly through our member services department, which analyzes changes to brokerage contracts and verifies the conformity of Matrix sheets and other complementary documents, either in person or by telephone, directly at our Piedmont office.
